Dumpling

It is stuffed with meats and vegetables. The shape of the dumplings resembles a gold ingot, pronounced  [Yuan Bao] in Mandarin. It was the currency that was used in ancient time.

We made the dumpling skin and filling from scratch.

We relate the slang [Nian Nian You Yu] which symbolizes to have a surplus every year.
